Favorite diet is pretty tough. Therefore, you need to pay close attention to the correct way out. Otherwise, with a sharp return to the usual feeding style, the kilograms will return quite quickly. To avoid this, you need to consider simple rules:

  • during the first month it is necessary to eat only low-calorie foods in order to be as close as possible to the physiological rhythm to which the organism has tuned in during a recent diet;
  • refuse or minimize sweet pastry, any smoked meats, fatty, fried and starchy foods;
  • daily walks and light physical activity are recommended;

Important:The favorite diet can be reapplied no earlier than three months.

7 days or 12?

If the diet is tolerated easily enough, you can apply the 12-day option. The nutritional program consists of mono daily diets, alternating with days of intake. So, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, drink yogurt or kefir in the amount you think is suitable. Make sure you drink plain water.
